How do I check availability?
View Availability shows the apartments currently listed for LaVida at Mableton. Each listing has its own rent, photos, and application link. Contact the leasing office to confirm your move-in date before applying.
How much is rent?
Rent starts at $999 for a one bedroom, $1,099 for a two bedroom, and $1,399 for a three bedroom. Those are the lowest rents for each size. A larger layout costs more, so ask the office what a specific apartment rents for. Monthly water and service fees are separate from rent, as is any pet rent. What sizes are the apartments?
LaVida has nine floor plans with one, two, or three bedrooms, ranging from 750 to 1,450 square feet. The two one-bedroom plans have one bathroom; the three-bedroom plans each have two. Compare the drawings and check the details of the available apartment you choose.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome at LaVida at Mableton. There is a $300 one-time, non-refundable pet fee and $30 in monthly rent per pet. Up to two pets are allowed per apartment. Dogs may weigh up to 40 lbs at mature adult weight. Breed restrictions apply; review the full policy before applying.
How much is the security deposit?
Security deposits are $350, $500, $750, or half a month’s rent, depending on credit qualifications. Ask the leasing office for your deposit amount and a breakdown of other move-in charges.
What are LaVida’s rental requirements?
Applicants need income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, verified employment and income, and credit, rental-history, and background screening. Credit affects deposits and fees. Contact the office before applying if your score is below 550, you have no credit, or you use an ITIN, so the team can confirm which criteria apply.
What lease lengths do you offer?
LaVida offers 12-month leases. Confirm the start date for your chosen apartment with the leasing office before signing.
Are utilities included in rent?
Water costs $65 to $95 per month depending on the layout. Pest control is $10 per month and trash is $10 per month. These are added to rent. The leasing office can provide a complete utility breakdown for your apartment.

The property is at 615-705 Whisper Trail, Austell, GA 30168, in Cobb County. Use the full street address when planning your visit.
How can I visit the property?
Call or email the leasing office with your preferred date and bedroom count. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is closed on weekends and designated holidays; see the contact page for the holiday list.
Is there a move-in special?
The $99 move-in special applies to base rent only and excludes utilities. It is scheduled to end September 30, 2026. Confirm eligibility and all remaining move-in charges with the office.
