Rent is not the only cost of moving in. Below is every fee and deposit you can expect, what each one is for, and when you pay it. The leasing office can confirm your utilities and your full move-in total.

Application, deposit, and pet charges
Separate one-time charges from monthly costs when planning your budget. Water, pest control, and trash are added to rent. Your deposit and administration fee depend on screening results.
Security deposits are $350, $500, $750, or half a month’s rent. Administration fees are $300 or half a month’s rent, with a $150 risk fee for some applicants. Confirm your amounts before paying.
The $99 move-in special applies to base rent only and excludes utilities. It is scheduled to end September 30, 2026. Confirm eligibility and all remaining move-in charges with the office.

Each apartment has a $10 monthly pest-control fee and a $10 monthly trash fee. Water costs $65 to $95 per month, depending on the layout. These charges are separate from rent. Pet rent is an additional $30 per pet each month.
