Start with an available apartment, review the rental requirements, and apply through its listing. You can check the fees and ask the leasing office questions before submitting your application.

Applying takes four steps
Find an available apartment
Open the current listings to see individual rents and photos. Check with the leasing office that your chosen apartment works for your move-in date.
Review the requirements and fees
Check the income, credit, and screening requirements before applying. The application fee is $65; ask the office about anything you need clarified first.
Apply through the listing
Select Apply online on the apartment you want. You will continue to AppFolio to complete the application and pay the application fee.
Budget for your move-in charges
The $65 application fee is paid when you apply. Your administration fee is $300 or half a month’s rent, depending on screening results. Deposits are $350, $500, $750, or half a month’s rent, and some applicants also pay a $150 risk fee.
You will also need to budget for rent, utilities, and any pet charges. Ask for a written total for your apartment, including any base-rent special available for your move-in date.
